Villa Fabio is located in the hills near Modena, 700 m above the sea level, just a few miles from the Regional Park of Rocca Malatina Stones.

Built in the XVIII century, it is an ancient mansion situated in a panoramic position that allows a 360-degrees sight over the surrounding hills, rich in ancient chestnut woods, mushrooms and truffles, pride of the local cuisine.

A large park planted with cedar trees surrounds the villa, recently renewed, that has an ample parking lot and offers hospitality in its three halls for ceremonies and events.
